The only exception might be in drone restricted airspace at the FAA's discretion, but I'm an Airline Transport Pilot as well as a Part 107 Drone pilot, so I know how to work with the FAA.

I'll provide a set of Upgraded CubiCasa floor plans rendered in color, both with AND without dimensions. Some people like the clean look, some like to have the detailed measurements, I'll give you both and let you decide!

I'll provide you with a property Marketing Kit and I'll host a Single Property Website for up to a year! Your property marketing kit will be pre-loaded with the listing photos and your own logos and headshots. I know the last thing you want is to have the listing delayed. If the homeowner, cleaners, stagers, or whatever are behind I'll wait as long as I can. Worst case I'll have to leave and come back later because I can't show up late to the next listing, BUT I won't charge you a "I had to stand around for more than 15 minutes" late fee.
➥ NO RESCHEDULE FEES
Like I said above, sometimes things happen and I know it's the last thing you want! Terrible weather, unprepared homeowner, cleaners never arrived, or whatever! Let me know soon as you can and we can pick a new appointment that works.
