This is an example of my walkthrough videos that can be posted on Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc. This one was filmed vertically to post on Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and the agent also sent it direct to buyers phones.
These walkthrough videos give the buyer a quick preview of the layout of the home and also show some of the highlight spaces.

The song is a royalty free track from Pixabay. You can either have me add a royalty free track like this, provide me with a song to use, or I can leave it silent if you plan to add your own track when you upload it like on Instagram where you can use current music hits.
Sample Walkthrough video - Horizontal
This is the same idea as the first video above, it was simply filmed horizontal because this agent wanted to use it on Youtube. This allows them to send buyers a link and say "Check it out on Youtube!". You can make it public, or unlisted where you need a link to find it.
