I've talked to a few realtors and agents that say something like "You photographers only show off your work on big fancy homes, but I want to know how you handle the rest of the "average homes" too! Hey, you're right! So here's a few average homes I've photographed, and I can always just show you some of my most recently photographed listings as well.
LIBERTY PARK BUNGALOW
This home is an older bungalow that was occupied and not just staged for photography. I'm posting it here to show how I photographed the tight spaces, amazing colors, and fantastic back yard. On this property I delivered 57 photos, including 10 drone shots, for my base package price of $350 for any 2000-5000 sqft home.
PLEASANT VIEW TOWNHOME
This home is an older but very well kept townhome that was occupied and not just staged for photography. This one had a smaller kitchen with narrower bathrooms, and it also had some colors to show off. On this property I delivered 58 photos, including 8 drone shots, for my base package price of $250 for any home Under 2000 sqft. There was also a milage fee because this one involved a 160 mile round trip to photograph.
PROVO HOME
This home is an older home that was still occupied and not staged for photography. There was a roofer still working on gutters in the front, a junk removal crew half done in the back yard, and 5 trucks blocking the front of the house. I started with the floor plan, helped move some stuff to photograph the interior, and waited a little bit to finish the exterior shots. It took a little effort but we got it done. On this property I delivered 47 photos, including 8 drone shots, for my base package price of $250 for any home Under 2000 sqft.
